Collecting just comics with 'Collector's item' printed on the cover.

So I was flipping through some comics and I was thinking how good a collection could be if you just had comics that had the words 'Collector's item or edition' printed on them. Like the publishers were doing the readers a favor by letting them in the know, etc.

 

In fact what is the most desirable comic book to feature those words printed on it?

 

First one to do it as well?
