PGM: Amazing Spider-Man #583 (Obama Var.)

Hello everyone. Got some moderns from mycomicshop, want to get some opinions on their grades. As usual I will reveal the grade I bought it at mcs when I get some replies. Thanks in advance! All thoughts and grades are appreciated.

Hard to tell if the two noticeable creases near Spidey on the spine are CB. If they are, I'll throw out 9.4. Some minimal stuff going on with the ULC-FC

Would say 9.4...stuff going on with the corners & spine...

That bottom left corner of the front cover looks crunched...

The book was bought as 6.5 at mycomicshop, and I believe they downgraded it so much because of the mentioned crunched corner.
