I was at SF General last week visiting a friend who was in ICU (skull fracture due to softball injury, not a crack addict) and it was the biggest freak show I have ever witnessed in my entire life. Not even on ER do they have dried up blood on the strechers by the ambulance/emergency room entrance. Yikes!
