A CGC Question

Does CGC grade ANY type of magazine? I know they do Playboy and Sports Illustrated but I have some other mags I wouldn't mind grading.

 

I've tried posting on the "Ask CGC" page but that page frustrates me as my question never seems to appear anywhere..

I believe on the "Ask CGC" it has to be approved before it shows up there. Not sure on what magazines they grade, besides the ones you mentioned.

Yes I realise that comments have to be approved but I've asked a few and apparently they aren't worthy because they never show up

They have size specifications on the type of magazine that they can grade due to slab size availability.

 

As far as I know, they can't grade my ESPN The Magazine with the NBA Preview from a couple of years ago with cover inked by Quesada

Ok so if the size is a standard size and it fits in a slab, then it's gradeable? I've got a LA Times mag, Entertainment weekly, Comics Scene mag and some others

They won't grade just any magazine that fits. Send a PM to Gemma and ask her any specific magazines you want to have slabbed.

I'll go out on a limb and guess that LA Times and Entertainment Weekly won't be possibilities.

They might do the Comics Scene, but you need to ask Gemma.
