Book signed by someone not at the con ?..

I am going to eccc with some walking dead books but also want them signed by adlard who is not at the show ... If I want this done is there anyway to do it ?.. or does cgc not allow this anymore ? am I going to have to pay for getting the same book graded twice ?

Actually I believe if there is a special that a facilitator creates and CGC allows it.. A book can be held and signed... Like NYcomics Masters Tour or like DWC Legends in the Fall.
