Recollecting the Rockford Collection

I have one Rockford...a missing Rockford, bought in 1994 or 1995 from Terry O'Neil. It was probably in the group that were stolen before World's Finest acquired the collection...I've posted it before, but I guess it really belongs in this thread:

Could be as simple as interior cover tanning. Some of those Rockfords were dark.

Unless I'm mistaken 9.4 is the highest grade CGC allows for COW, so there still may be room for a grade bump.
