Please Help Me Grade My ASM #25

I bought this ASM #25 over ten years ago at a local comic shop for $17.00. It was probably during a 50% off sale so I might have only paid $8.50 for it.

 

I am thinking about selling it (and others) because I already have it in the Marvel Masterworks hardcover format.

It's really a low grade copy, why don't you just hold on to it? I don't think it's going to sell for much in that condition, but you should be able to recoup your original investment
