It hard to see the edges with that white background. The URC of FC looks a little suspect so I will say 9.0/9.2

Looked at my copy,and it's exactly the same.Not a print defect.

It's on the artwork.  My copy has it too, and I Googled the cover and looked at images of many different copies of the book - they all have it.
