Lowville "In The Wall" Pedigree. Is it for real?

I just saw this auction on Ebay. It says that the book is part of the Lowville "In The Wall" Collection / pedigree. It even has a certificate with a story behind the pedigree. Is this a widely recognized pedigree, or is it basically made up? When I did a Google search for it, the only results were for Ebay auctions.

I remember meeting the dealer that found the collection at a show in Ithaca, NY. I saw a number of the books and they were unread, but most suffered from storage issues (which could likely be pressed out). It's a cool story, but doesn't really add anything to the value of the books.

It's a collection. Not a pedigree.

I've heard of them as well. Not a real pedigree but since the books were discovered in an unexpected place, it makes for a nice provenance story.
