Please Grade My Avengers #1

Its getting ready for sale and I want to make sure I dont over shoot the grade on it. So I thought I would ask you guys what you think. Thanks for any help pages are cream to off white.

1.8-2.0...leaning toward the lower grade...

2.0 or 4.0, I'm no good at telling the difference between those too. I'd say if you are CGC its a 2.0, but if a dealer at a con was selling it, it would definitely be sold to you as a 4.0
