6.5 for me...that big crease on the back cover is the killer

You think that could be some sort of production crease?

I was at 7.0 - with the crease 6.5 seems about right.

it could be a production crease..if so, no doubt higher grade.

If it's just the multiple tics on the upper spine and there are no other issues*, I don't see why it won't be a very tight and solid 7.5.

 

Nice book.

 

*The irregular production crease would not affect a future CGC grading but it would naturally play a part in a potential buyer's assessment of the book.

That crease looks production due to the curviness. Its not a straight angled crease. Those spine ticks want me to keep it out of 7.5 but it looks too nice for 7.0 Tough call on this book. I'm glad you learned how to pist pics. :makepoint:

Well full disclosure time...the spine has that color break along the spine much like moderoil books get...I am sure that dings it a bit more
