The Walking Dead #27: 1st Governor appearance

 

Just wanted to get everyone's opinion on this...thanks for everyone's help and opinions! Is it worth grading?

 

Front (slight wear lower left, slight spine crease middle of spine)

 

 

 

Back (major spine crease upper right 1/4 down from top, breaks color)

Probably a 9.0-9.2, check completed Ebay sales for what the current value is on this very hot book.
