I found this while going though some boxes

In the early 1990's when Fox was running their new Spider-Man animated show they ran a promotion in one month's worth of Spider-Man titles - each comic was polybagged with a cell.

 

Promotion ran in ASM, Spectacular, Web, Spider-Man and Spider-Man Classics.

 

One cell had Spidey on a gargoyle/roof, another had SM v Venom, another had SM v Doc Ock, you have the one with the Vulture, and I think there was one more.

Back in the early days of ebay you could sell those things for $10 to $15 each. Then people realized you could buy the comic in the quarter boxes & get the cel for free. Those were the days...

Just an observation...Interesting how the fingers on the Vulture and those of Spidey have the same "rings" on them....
