I wanted to check and see what others are saying. I think I know the grade is on this book. But every once and a while I think its good to get a second opinion.

 

The trick is the Centerfold is detached. No major large tears on the centerfold either,

GVG to VG maybe (since the rest of the book is decently clean)? Any detatching (from what I remember) hurts a book pretty bad.

3.0 is way too tough on this book. I'd say 4.5 to 5.0 based on those scans.

I would say 4.0, maybe 3.5 but I think it’s a difficult book to judge because it would look a lot prettier without the spine roll, and the pages "out of phase" (have the same problem on a pair of Daredevil comics I purchased, and it annoys me).

looks like a 4.0 structurally, but I can see them downgrading to 3.0/3.5 due to the detached CF. Nice colors.
