sticky notes

So I got a comic to get signed at a convention not graded & it had a a sticky note placed on the actual book it self ... So it makes me wonder if there are any kind of long term effects from this & what would happen if I did get a book like this graded ?.. I've no idea how long the note has been on the book but i can't from looking at it tell it was there... I've no idea if cgc would be able to tell something like this nor how they would grade it if they could ?..

like a post-it? the adhesive on that is so weak that i don't think it would do anything to a comic. especially to a newer, glossy one.
