...You've also neglected to mention the most important Kirby books. The books that actually reprint his body of work! At Marvel, the main Marvel Masterworks series of hardcover books. EVERY volume containing Kirby, indeed has a Kirby cover! Dozens of books (a hundred?) reprinting everything of Kirby, ALL with Kirby Covers. You also neglected to mention, the wonderful books DC has printed containing all the reprints of the Kirby comics, OMAC, Demon, the Fourth World series, etc. ALL with terrific Kirby covers! Then there's every issue of the Jack Kirby Collecter and the collected volumes of the magazine.

Your whole premise falls apart if you actually look at all the Kirby books out there.
