3.5 only grade if you are keeping this book. There is also enough grade discrepancy to allow interpreters to buy the book with the grade they imagine it will come back as. The speculation will drive up the price exponentially.

Structurally looks like VG+/VG/F range, but with water damage, 3.5...

That's an interesting book to grade - the type of thing you'd imagine would-be CGC graders seeing on a final exam before they get hired (if that's how the process works!).

 

I'd say structurally the book looks like a 5.5, but with the various staining issues, it might drop to a 4.0 in a slab. Still very nice, tho'!
