Please grade my Amazing Spiderman 169

I just bought a couple mid grade bronze Spiderman titles at a convention I went to.

Amazing Spider-Man #169 has always been one of my favorite covers, but until now I've never owned one. The copy in my ownership has lost a lot of it's original gloss, but for only 2 bucks where can you go wrong. I'm a bit unsure of this comics grade. So please help me out....

The scan is a little sketchy, but it looks like a 4.0 to me. Not bad for two bucks.

I am on the computer at the Courthouse as I am serving jury duty - this "KDS" monitor is horrible and I am allowing for things that I cannot see right now.

 

Oh, did I mention this about 2,000 times before that grading online is fun BUT not like having the comic books(s) in hand?
