I really wasn't planning on selling this but restoring it and keeping instead since it is an early Batman tec but I would like the cash for something else going on.

Not sure where to grade this but Metropolis sold it as a 1.5 and I think it is at least that.

 

This book would look nice restored and if you are interested in that I would make you a good deal on the restoration.

 

I would like to sell it just for what I paid for it which is $350.

Well, that sold so quick I think it was priced at a really good deal. Maybe that's why after Iroman said :takeit: it dawned on him that it could be because it was missing a page. ;)
