you have no idea how many rabbit holes I went down trying to work that one out... thought 2002 was far enough back to be fun, but not to far back.. but then Bullock did NOTHING in 2003, so I had to go Witt (which I'd prefer anyway!)

2) Kitty Carlisle Hart and Bing Crosby were in "Here is My Heart"

 

3) Bing Crosby and Red Buttons were in "Stagecoach"

 

4) Red Buttons and Stan Lee were in "Ambulance"
