PGM ASM #19 + pedigree question

It has this name on the back, a quick Google search found more SA books with the same name in the same place. Is this a collection or a pedigree that anyone is familiar with? Thanks -Steve

I've never seen it before although i see that lizards2 had a sales thread with a Nick Fury 10 with the same name. I think its cool but i dont think its a Pedigree as far as i know. I could be wrong but it looks like a kids handwriting
