Spiderman VS. Wolverine Artwork....Thoughts on value?

I have three art pages, #53, #55 and #56, from the 1987 Spiderman VS. Wolverine. The penciler was Mark Bright, and each page is signed in the margin by Mark. These are the three battle pages from the issue. Any thoughts on value?

They may go for a little over $100 each.

I've seen pages go for 10 times what I would have guessed.

I've seen pages go for 1/10th of what I would have guessed.

 

If I could get a better handle on how much is too much, I'd probably give up comics and just buy original art.

I'm sick of overpaying for books that are overgraded.

Original art is what it is. There is only one, no matter the condition.

Obviously, these pages fulfill two of the Very Important Criteria for valuable original art:

 

-They have EXTREMELY popular characters.

-They're FIGHTING!!

 

Original art collectors, if they aren't freaks about some particular artist, are almost always looking for pages with famous characters fighting.

 

I would think that if you listed them in a well-travelled area, you could sell them for quite a bit. List them in the cluster [!@#%^&^] that is the Ebay art section... and who knows?

I said I was a novice in buying original art.

I wish there was a way to get a ballpark figure on pages.

I'd love to get in, but I won't until I get a better understanding of pricing.

I've seen one other page from this issue sell on a private web site in the past year. It went for $750 and it wasn't a battle page. I'm thinking of Ebay and I think it's the right time with Spiderman 2 coming out and X3 in the works. I'm just undecided on a reserve/starting price.

I have no idea on value, but I'm guessing they'd sell for $300-700/page since those pages are awesome, and feature both Wolverine and Spider-Man prominently!
