I think you need to upgrade your web browser if it's pretty old. Most people had to upgrade in the year 2000 when it was noted that their browsers were not year 2000 compliant. If you haven't upgraded since 5.0, you should upgrade to version 6.

 

You can update it by running Microsoft Update and getting a later version of Internet Explorer. (Or you can run Netscape, Mozilla, or some other browser.)

That should fix the problem, hopefully.

I think there is more to it than that... I tried from work (with Mozilla)... same error message as Ian.
