Childhood Sale," a video about letting go of your comics collection

From the Boingboing page,

Filmmaker Casimir Nozkowski, whose work we regularly feature on the Boing Boing in-flight TV channel on Virgin America, tells Boing Boing:

I just made a new short movie about me trying to sell ALL of my childhood comics... IN AN EPIC STOOP SALE.

Here are some of the emotional states I went thru while making this movie: nostalgia, liberation, catharsis, melancholy, confusion,

elation, regret, enthusiasm, depression, somewhat dazed...

And finally confirmation that at 35 it's good to get rid of childhood things and not bad to feel a little sad doing it.

A very nice short film

And if the little girl's happiness at finding a robot in a comic at the 6 minute

mark doesn't completely melt your heart, well then i guess nothing ever will. :)

Interesting to watch but I get the feeling I saw the same thing when I saw Toy Story III.

I am trying to figure out though if that was NYC or around the block in Hipster Brooklyn.
