Can some ID this Spider-man picture and this other one?

I am help out someone that found these couple of posters. I don't have access to them and these are the pictures they sent me.

 

I can read the Spider-man one is by Brent Anderson. But I have no idea, if this is even collectible or if it came in a set. The other prints, I don't even recognize the characters.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I think the top one was in a Marvel Team Up art portfolio.

I think you're correct I have the top one signed by the artist, Brent Anderson.
