Does anyone know if this Batman 1 (on Ebay) is (not) the real deal?

Low feedback seller, minimal descriptor, serious bidding, anyone know if this book is the real deal

I'm not aware of this particular copy being previously listed - my reference to "again" was simply a statement that there have been a lot of Batman 1's listed on Ebay of late, many of which have been discussed on the Boards because of concerns of legitimacy ....

If I had to guess, I'd say it's the real deal, but I'd be concerned about the amateur restoration.

I've always wondered how CGC determined Amateur vs Professional. Is it a question of quality of work, or simply proof of professional work, or who the submitter of the book was?

The graders don't know who submitted the book. It's a question of the quality of the work.

It should be considered but I have been told by multiple people that it's only the materials used. I could be wrong though
