Top-Notch Comics #13 Cover completely(cleanly) split, front cover still attached at upper staple, some pencil erased from cover under title, small pieces out of cover as seenpages are a decent off-white and supple. $60

Catman Comics #12Missing back cover which would put it in the Fair area, but 2/3 of splash page is torn off as well. 1st wrap at spine is somewhat rough with tears that continue around to the last page, a few other pages tears/pc out in border, lower right of pages are folded not chipped off, pages are mostly offwhite, centerfold attached. $50
