How much the bumped corners affect these "super-high" grades?

I ask because I hardly make any distinction on books based on the numeric scale, but I am annoyed by bumped (or missing small pieces) corners.

I am also very annoyed when due to the manufactoring process the book is stapled in a way the back cover area bleeds into the front cover area (I don’t think the exact term for it, since "spine roll" seems to address another kind of problem).

9.0/9.2

Great book, Congrats!

Can't dispute these numbers with what I see. I'm just having a hard time evaluating back bottom edge because the colors blend with background.

Yea the back bottom edge looks a little odd. I'd also say the front top right corner looks a little beat up.

I think a 9.0 is a fair grade but they might drop it for the other reasons.

Cover looks nice though. Nice book.
