It seems pretty clear the show is on its way out. I anticipate an average 9.8 blue #1 sinking below $1.5K by year's end, and it ain't gonna stop there.

Let's see how many people tune in when the show starts up. With all due respect, I think your prediction is dead wrong.

It will be interesting to see what the 9.8 and 9.6 go for on Heritage in Feb. They will likely be "no reserve". Last one went for just under $1.8k.

Heritage isn't a good place to sell moderns. eBay is the place for moderns.

For more expensive ones, it is just fine.

Not really - Comiclink, eBay and the Lonestar auctions far outperforms Heritage when it comes to modern books.

not for recent walking dead 1, ha did better than clink (thumbs u

problem with ebay is way too many buy it now at really high prices. It really needs to be a no reserve auction to get an idea of the market.

Yep, and all those silly eBay BINs dilute and kill markets.

My problem with them is that not all are finalized and lots are just thrill-BIN-ning, tire-kickers looking to get a discount or scammers buying with stolen credit cards/hacked Paypal accounts.

There is so much scamming going on with eBay it's hardly what would called a "verified sales resource" for comics. :tonofbricks:
