Its a yellow label? Didn't they all come pre-signed? Is it double signed by Robert Kirkman?

No, I believe it's like the Stan Lee signed Spidey that was poly bagged; CGC makes an exception.

Izzat true Joel?

Go look in the modern comic section.

Theres a shizenhousen spat going on as apparently despite cgc saying ok, we will give this a yellow despite being signed without us being there, its all gone a little bad.

Why....well at least 5 copies of this have turned up UNSIGNED.

The problem?

CGC said only 500 were issued, all of which were signed in agreement with Kirkman and CGC.

So how did some UNSIGNED of a batch of 'only 500 all signed' appear....

Who knows.

I don't.

Geez...where to start with this one...

CGC was there when 490 of the 500 were signed.

CGC said 10 were left unsigned and Universal graded for people at Kirkman's office.

Kirkman agreed to this, not Moore. (i see you already edited this)

CGC has already addressed the book by cutting off yellow labels for this come 9/14, since there will be no Kirkman appearances before this.

Know what you are talking about.

I don't know this Joel cat is pretty shady. I mean he only has more Sig Series books of the highest quality for sale and can pretty much hook you up with anything you are EVER looking for if you request it.

Is someone really questioning this thread and this book? If I can talk the wifey into letting me I would love to buy this book because getting any grades above 9.4 is going to be tough with how Diamond shipped these out.

It's true... I think it's all been mentioned already. Kirkman signed this once in Silver, and thankfully the moment I got my copy I figured it was worth turning in, and CGC witnessed the clear majority of these books get signed by Kirkman.

No one is questioning Joel. I was questioning how CGC is handling this book. Joel works for CGC as a witness, no?

Thanks for answering my question, Joel. Is it true that CGC has imposed a deadline to get them graded and still receive a yellow label? Someone mentioned Sep. something... Thanks in Advance.

I'm not disputing that,or casting anything on the OP,far from it. And yes I should have divided it into 490/10.

I was however, referring to this character who popped up in moderns claiming to have 'extra' unsigned copies in addition to the ten accounted for.

He posted a pic of 5 copies - all unsigned, and claimed to be able to get more.

He was selling one on ebay I believe.

I haven't looked recently but if its still there go have a look.

I wasn't disputing anything you,Joel or CGC said - only letting the poster asking the question that other unaccounted for issues had surface in addition to the 10.

Apologies if I didn't make it clear. :foryou:

Make sure you have the story straight. CGC witnessed the signing of the 490 copies, and the copy that Joel has for sale is one of those 490 copies.

I don't think Andy was suggesting anything different.

Good luck with the sale Joe.

Dude I never said he didn't.

I'll make this simple and leave.

I was talking about a guy who came onto the modern forum claiming he had 5 unsigned copies NOT FROM THE 10 PUT ASIDE.

Got that.

This is nothing to do with the OP - I have made that clear at least twice. It is in reply to another poster.

Please read what I have said - this is not about this comic - ok?

He also claimed to be able to get others.

That was what I was referring to - and if you had read properly you would have got that.

The over-reaction by some on here is astounding.

Go to the modern section and get snippy with that guy,not me.
