i thought all the covers were 50/50

 

i picked up the santa cover and my LCS seemed to have the same amount of each cover that day

I don't think they were 50/50. My local LCS never had a single variant copy for any three issues. In fact, all three issues have just sat up there on the shelf unsold.

I was able to pick up to #2 variants and #3 regular all for cover and after reading these I hope they plan to make it ongoing.

I have all the covers, except that one, to be without one cover is well, ... hellish !!
