I'd say a 7.5 or 8.0. The top edge hurts; the bottom doesn't look great either. I'm not sure how they'd grade it. I see a few spine ticks too.

 

On the back cover, is it torn around the top staple or is that just the scan?

Assuming the inside is complete and no issues going on, judging merely from the covers I would say around 8.0-8.5 (considering it seems they are more generous – without valid reasons) with Silver Age books these days.

Don’t know why, but it doesn’t feel like a good thing to me…

I am going to agree with Server 9.2 but will guess ow/w pages because of the tanning on the back.

9.0 for me...the bottom edge is a bigger issue for me..the overhang on the top edge isn't a bid deal. I have seen 9.4 slabs with overhang like that.

I just broke out a 8.5 recently that looks like garbage along the bottom compared to this book so if it's not at least 9.0 Jim got robbed.
