I've received back modern slow prescreens and modern fast track in the past two weeks and both were faster than the stated turnaround. The prescreen lost a week due to the hurricane as well.

Thank you.  So the slow modern was pretty much what it says...about 20 working days.   Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a typo, since economy says 12X that long.

No problem, and not a typo. If your submission follows the same pattern as mine it will likely go to Grading/Quality Control early tomorrow and move to shipped by the afternoon.

I have one book as an Express and four books as Standard sitting at the Post Office in Sarasota waiting to be picked up 

Took two weeks for the post office versus the 5 days originally quoted.

I'm kind of at a loss. I have two Modern orders that have been in G/E/I since 7/21 and 8/22 respectively. Multiple attempts of emailing and calling customer service have returned nothing. I'm continually told they are working to process the orders, while they just continue to sit with no movement. The modern turnaround time of 20 days has been consistent since August. My order from July is passing 60 business days this week. It honestly feels like the orders are lost and they are just not wanting to tell me at this point.

it now goes 16 months back, so Lord willing, no falling off the submission page now
