On 10/9, these moved to G/QC and I was billed on 10/11. Remained unchanged, and on Friday, I called in and requested to be credited the fast track upcharge on all books. They had no problem doing that, so I can't complain too much, even though they are still at 22 business days and haven't shipped. I was also given the grades, which was nice. I didn't think they could do that unless already shipped.

 

Finally shipped on 10/20. 27 business days in total. Almost 3 times stated ToT.

Do mechanical error submissions take longer than normal ones? This is my first time ever having to send back a book. It was only 1 book with a few pieces of debris or dirt inside. I was told write ME on the box and it would get priority. Was hoping I would have it back already but it's still scheduled for grading

Thanks for the info. Mine has been SFG since 10/16/23 so hopefully it moves soon. Dirt or debris in case so not sure if that matters.

Shipped : 10/16/23 (Was boxed and could see grade 10/13/23, but not grabbed by FedEx until 10/16/23.

You can call in and get them to honor standard tier pricing. I've had no trouble getting that done in the past when a submission is well past it's stated ToT.
