That book looks like it was previously slabbed.

 

If you look at the back cover top edge, you can see the indentation that the slight contact with the inner well makes.

I saw the front cover scan and looked at it for literally 15 seconds. In my opinion, and in no way bashing this thread at all, the cover looks trimmed. Bottom corner seems very sharp compared to the top corner.
