Oh and I talked to one of the LCS about the show. It's not the Vegas people that ran the show in previous years. Dunno if they bought the name or what, but I'm hoping for the best. It would be nice to see a convention in TN do well.

Well, how was it? Had some friends of mine cosplay the show. If you ran into Two-Face you probably met him. He said he had a great time

Because of the short time to get it going, there was only about a third of the room filled with dealers. A lot of comic dealers, and a lot of dealers blowing stuff out. (The people behind me had 2 booths full of 5 for $1 comics. I thought the turnout was very good on Saturday, weak, as usual, on Sunday.

As usual, some dealers I talked to did well, others not so much.

It seemed like all the customers were having a good time, and there were good-sized lines at the guests for signatures. Somebody else may add to this.

It will be interesting to see if this show affects the turnout for Fanboy in two weeks.
