Iron man no1 may 1968 2nd edition????

Hi guys

 

I have been offered an iron man no1 from may 1968 but the seller says it is a 2nd edition. I have asked for a picture of the indicia. But while I wait for that I thought I would post here and see if anyone knows about this book????

There's a 1964 MT that covers TOS, but nothing that came out in 1968.

There was no reprint that came out with a marvel legends figure is there? I know there's one for T.O.S. 39

There's a Marvel Legends comic book circa 2002.

Hmm I doubt it is a marvel legends. As it is a OO collection and all the other books I have bought from this person begin from around 1965 have been off the stands 1st prints additonally they stopped buying comics around 1985. I think they may just be confused and it is a plain old first print. I will post scans when they are sent.

marvel tales, i have an old submariner # 1 thats a reprint. think its under marvel tales banner.

It is just a plain old first 1st Ed. Not sure what the seller is refering to...
