SUPERMAN'S GIRL FRIEND, LOIS LANE 44 VG $3.00 SOLD! October 1963. Three thought provoking tales: Lois and Lana devise a scheme to make it appear that Lois killed Lana so that she will be convicted of murder based on circumstantial evidence and sentenced to death, then Lana will resurface and show that the death penalty is unjust and nearly killed an innocent woman.

 

Mr. Big fools Lois into believing that his cohort, fake ice cream man Mike Dawson, is really Superman in order to get close to her to find out the name of a secret witness against him.

 

Professor Potter invents a love detector that should reveal whether Superman truly loves Lois or Lana.
