Manufactured with one staple - Silver Age

I'm thinking about buying a book that was manufactured with only one staple and just want to make sure that it would get a blue label if it was slabbed. Anyone have a scan or pic of a book like this? Does CGC make a notation on the label for this nowadays?

I have several that are slabbed. Although, they are wartime issues. DC used just one staple to conserve for things like ammo and other war supplies.

I got a 9.8 blue label on a Bronze age book with one staple, missing one staple no holes at all. No notation on label.
