Mind the Gap Ashcan CGC SS 10.0

I need your opinion on this one.

I REALLLYYY want this book. Not only have i been wanting one of the ashcans that has been slabbed, but this one came back a 10 and is SS to boot.

Is this a fair price or should i try to low ball it? I made him an offer but i don't know if i was totally off base. The census only shows 10 CGCSS at 10.0 and this is the only one i have ever seen for sale.

Is there GPA on this?

HEY. JOE BILES. If you're reading this, CUT OUT THE "NOT" BULLSHISM ON EBAY.

 

If I want a 10.0, I will SEARCH FOR A DAMN TEN POINT OH. NOT a "9.8" or a "9.9."

 

QUIT FUZZING WITH THE DAMN SEARCH ON EBAY.

 

Oh, and reported, but a fat lot of good THAT will do to eBay.
