Notes are as follows: "Moderate amount of tape on cover & pages."

And PQ is indeed "Cream to Off-White"

 

Cert # is 0950636001.

 

It's a decent 3.0:

 

1/4" square piece out of back cover's lower left corner, 1/2" of paper loss elsewhere on back cover, along with 2" or so of tape.

 

On the front cover the biggest damage looks to be impact creases on the right hand-side that blend a bit into the film strip. Definitely presents well since front is prettier than back.

 

Suggestions for enlarging scans in Photobucket are welcome (PM me), as there will be a lot of books to come.

Theres also a 3.0 with a "From the collection of..." notation on the label, so maybe its not a condition note?

Typical 4.0. Biggest damage are two front cover abrasions, lower left-hand corner and center patch of spine w/ 1/4" cover loss.
