I.M.O. i think the guy that bought it is an insufficiently_thoughtful_person. you can get high grade revival 1's 9.6 and up for around $200 or less, could have slabbed that and saved himself over $700! maybe he just really wanted the highest grade though i guess, 9.9 cgc's arent the easiest thing to find

I think the WD buyer also overpaid but given what 9.9's usually sell for the Revival buyer overpaid substantially more than the WD buyer.
