PGM: Fantastic Four #52

Lower grade copy, but I am HORRIBLE at guessing a grade for a low/mid grade, so please help me! Deciding whether or not to submit it for grading, even though its lower grade.

But it looks nicer thanks to the creases in the bottom right front cover kind of blending in with the machinery. I didn't even see them on first glance.

 

I missed that one.

Just curious, by looking at the back cover top edge, "the white part" is this consider stain or just faded color through time?

 

The same question for PGM Tales to Astonish 93 I am looking at the back cover without any lighting in the room and the white part is very stand out, not sure if this is consider stain or faded color as well
