Welcome to the boards. Aside from the varous guides I would also suggest spending some time in the grading section and reading as many posts as you can. You will be able to pick up on the jargon and things that people very quickly. Also, I would suggest that you maintain a thick skin and a good sense of humour because at times there will be people that you will want to strangle but if you laugh it off and roll with it you will be fine.
