If our assumption is correct that Arch and the mods work for an external web development and possibly hosting company, this is likely another person from that software company being assigned to help moderate. Usually forum moderators are people who have regular jobs doing whatever business their company does, but they do a little moderation on the side and they typically view moderation as a distraction. It'll be interesting to see how closely this mod aligns with the more delicate of the button-humpers around here and whether or not Cgcmod0 continues to moderate.
