Anyone know if Gary Carter is still in the hobby?

Hey everyone, looking through the OPG and noticed Gary Carter is still an OPG advisor. Thought he hasn't been active in the hobby for over a decade? Anyone know if he is still involved in the hobby or has any of the good ole' books he used to have (Church copies :wishluck: ) for sale?

My favorite All Star Game -- 1981 box score

Carter -- 2 homeruns

Schmidt -- double, game winning homerun in the 8th inning off Rollie Fingers to deep centerfield.

Dallas Green, the manager for the NL lets his own player (Schmidt) play practically the entire game. He knew Schmidt would get the match-up he wanted in the 8th inning, so he left him in the line-up. Not gonna happen in today's games.

Hey Brian, don't know if he has any books left, but he did appear at the San Diego Comic Fest last year, interviewing Murphy Anderson, and appearing at another panel about the early years of Comic Book Marketplace.
