A New way to collect and/hoard.....

I present you my 21 Spiderman #1s....

There are 9 other Spiderman #1 that i am missing I will get them including the chromium, walmart edition, and platinum. Those are pretty easy compared to the ones below.

That's an awesome set! Congrats! Good luck with the remaining 9 issues.

 

Thanks Praxis and BioRupp! It really is a feat to find foreign books. My friends also have some amazing foreign key collections you should check out in the foreign threads.

 

Its a new found love of colelcting new stuff of the old books you love :)

 

Hopefully by summer i hope to post my Amazing Spiderman 129 collection

The Turkish ones must have been a nightmare, cadet. And… why four?

 

The Turkish were the most difficult by far!

 

The first on left was a regular comic. The #1 2 and 3 were giveaways free in a local Turkish Newspaper. They were only 8 pages and many were probably tossed out with the newspapers as trash. I had to pay a a little pretty penny for those

BTW, if you're still interested in buying my Platinum edition and the mailing envelope, etc., I'm actually coming into Los Angeles next week for 3 days...hand delivery possible!

we have all done insane crazy research on tons of keys books. You would be surpised what superman, batman, and spiderman books we are still discovering that the average fan has NEVER seen and some dating all the way back to 1950's....not spiderman of course, im not a m-o-r-o-n, unless your taking to my girlfriend (thumbs u

im holding off on all domestic books and only buying foriegns. Domestic are easy and plenty to go around.

 

I just dropped a few grand in the last 2 months so i dont wanna blow my load on the Platinum until i complete all the foreign Spideys #1
