Apparently it's shown in Brush with Passion: The Art and Life of Dave Stevens. amazon

 

His estate ought to release a large format poster of that eye-candy. Dave + Detective = geekgasm.

 

It's a commission piece, so that masthead may be a "cease and desist" trigger if it's reproduced. If so, DC should cut some slack for posthumous history's sake. A piece that gorgeous should be out in the world.
