I'm an Auction Sniper guy, myself. Works on the iPhone just fine. However, there may be other, more comprehensive apps.

I don't use a program... I just throw in a bid at the last minute while driving up the under bidders bid as much as possible without overbidding him. This way they don't get an alert until it is too late.
