Dennis

I have sold most of what I have bought so far locally.I have some teen titans and strange tales left.I am buying another 500-600 books on the first(hopefully) or shortly there after.Sounds like a good place to start.

How is everything?

Did we ever manage to find anything for anyone on this list?

September 16th

I found out I was born on a Friday, so doubtful it's in the year. And I don't think they still date stamped mid 80s.

I didn't think they still date stamped in the mid-80's either. I had never seen anything date stamped after 1980, or with a written arrival date after 1982.

Until today, that is:

SAM_1319.jpg

Latest date stamp on these books is January 28, 1986!

Which is the day the Space Shuttle Challenger exploded. :sorry:

Anyway, no sign of a September 16 date among them, but apparently it's at least theoretically possible.

Added mine in bold as well! Great idea, indeed!!! I managed to stumble across my wife's birthday on a Ghost Rider a few years back on these very boards! :applause:

There's hope for even later date stamps. Unfortunately, this one doesn't hit a want list date. I love the date placement and Sleepwalker #1 is :cloud9:

coolcool, thanks Crimebuster!

Any title will do for me, by the way, but I want the date stamp to be exact.

One of these days, we're going to find a date stamp for someone in this thread!

I have some pencil arrival dates from 1954, but not from August; they are from October and November.

:sorry:
